To secure your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. With sufficient notice, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment once.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, will result in the loss of the deposit.

Clients who repeatedly cancel or fail to attend appointments may be required to prepay future bookings in full.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their service adjusted to avoid impacting other bookings. In these cases, deposits may be forfeited.

At Koady Gibson Hair, we are committed to delivering exceptional results and ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and happy with their hair.

If you feel your result does not align with the agreed consultation outcome, please contact us within 7 days so we can assess and, where appropriate, adjust the service at no additional cost.

This guarantee does not apply to change of mind requests or services altered by another stylist after your appointment.

Refunds are not offered for completed services. We kindly ask for the opportunity to correct any concerns first.

Complimentary correction appointments are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.

Service prices may vary depending on hair length, thickness, previous colour history, and product usage. Final pricing will be confirmed during consultation.

While every effort is made to maintain the health and integrity of your hair, chemical services carry inherent risks. Results may vary depending on previous colour, hair history, and condition.
