To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your chosen services is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost during your appointment. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable. 

In the event of a cancellation, if you do not provide at least 24 hours' notice, you will forfeit your deposit. However, if you reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice, your deposit can be transferred to your next appointment (limited to one transfer).

Service Guarantee

At Koady Gibson Hair, we take pride in delivering exceptional quality services, using top quality products, and employing a highly trained team. We conduct thorough consultations before your service to ensure that all clients leave the salon completely satisfied.

If you feel that the final result of your hair does not align with the agreed-upon goal, we will rectify it at no additional cost within 7 days of your visit. Please note that this guarantee does not cover change of mind, which will incur a fee. We reserve the right to decline refunds without a reasonable opportunity to correct any issues. Additionally, complimentary visits are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.

If you have any concerns or complaints, we kindly ask that you address them directly with the salon owner/manager to ensure a comfortable environment for all clients and staff.
